Fennel: balancing and stimulating essential oil


The essential oil of sweet fennel Bioflore is particularly rich in ethers, and especially trans-anethole. There is also the monoterpenols, linalool in mind, some aldehydes and ketones.

Indication

  • Botanical family Apiaceae or Umbelliferae
  • Latin name: Foeniculum vulgare var. dulce
  • Essential oil obtained by distillation of the seeds

Properties

The essential oil of fennel:
  • Is galactogenic (promotes lactation).
  • Promotes hormonal balance (absent or irregular periods, symptoms prémonopause and menopause).
  • Is anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, analgesic.
  • Is appetizer, digestive, carminative.
  • Stimulates.
  • Retrieves an allowance related to stress.
  • Relaunching the eve of faculties, such as memory and concentration.

Trick

Add fennel 10 drops in 100 ml of olive oil for a delicious flavored cooking oil.
